Cancellation Policy

Attention Coaches, Managers;

Estevan Minor Hockey requires that 48 hours notice be given for any game cancellation.

It is the responsibility of the team officials to notify the following people by phone in the event of a cancellation:

If you do not follow the cancellation policy, the team will be required to pay all costs associated with the game (refs, ice, concession workers, etc.) out of team funds.

**exceptions to this policy MAY be made in the event of inclement weather**

Reminder: If officials are required for a game, there MUST BE 48 HOURS notice prior to the game in order for officials to be assigned. There will not be ANY exceptions to this rule.
